Q: How long do the body butters last?

A: Our body butters last up to 18 months! Along with one of our base oils - Vitamin E in our formulations (which is a natural preserving oil that nourishes the skin) - our body butters are packaged in canning jars which preserves the freshness of each batch as if it was made the same day you got it :)

Q: Are your fragrance oils safe?

A: All of our natural fragrance oils are completely safe! They are vegan, paraben and phthalate free ensuring your health and the quality of our natural products.

Q: Do your products smell like what they say they're gonna to smell like?

A: Of course! At Enfematic, we strive for quality in every part of our products - and that means scents too! Our scents are created by isolating the natural aromatic components from a complex scent (e.g chocolate, coconut) and is then mixed in vegetable oils!

Q: Do you ship internationally (outside Canada)?

A: We do! The following shipping rates will apply at checkout:

For US shipping: $20 CAD

For International shipping (UK, EU, etc.,): $25 CAD

International customers are responsible for duties and customs if they apply.

Q: I'd love to wholesale your products, how do I go about doing so?

A: Thank you so much for your interest! Please send an e mail to info@enfematic.ca and we will sort out any details via email. Unfortunately, if you live/or your place of business is located outside of Canada, we cannot provide wholesale at this time. Hopefully this will change in the near future!
